Make sure to be prepared to explain your experiences especially how your experiences relate to your interpersonal skills. Be ready to tell a STORY! Make sure to know the company itself (vision and mission, leadership team, etc.)
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
