Citi AVP full stack Developer interview questions

There was one round of interview. Post that my profile is under business review. U have send multiple chaser for updated but no luck. They should work on there hiring process as this is not the first experience for me. But few year ago I was selected my salary negotiations was done but I have not received offer letter because as per manager the ask salary was not as per the team parity. However I had already told HR about expected salary and had three round of interview post that twice HR discussion. HR told me she will release my offer letter but after multiple follow-up I got to know that asked salary which was agreed by HR WAS NOT APPROVED BY HIRING MANAGER AS DUE TO TEAM PARITY.
