The interview process was as expected, first was a brief phone interview first then in person interview with publisher to discuss the role more. Then was sent an offer letter over email.

Post interview, all communication abruptly stopped, even after repeated phone calls, voicemails and emails. We all understand being passed over for an opportunity, but at least send an email telling a candidate that they are no longer in consideration. It's common courtesy.
