The interview was very simple. First they checked the Software proficiency in Autocad, bar CAD etc. Then they will Test us on our Microsoft excel our proficency Questions regarding reinforcement bar steel. Then personal questions regarding our location, family ,etc Salary discussion, periodic increment,etc
