Cialfor interview questions

Interview was conducted in three stages. First round was with HR followed by Associate director and lastly Vice President - Client Engagement. Both technical interviews lasted an hour and there was a demo of their online portal to be given. Client handling and B2B experience was asked in several questions.

It was pretty straightforward and direct which was helpful in understanding the whole process. The interviewer cleared everything with me beforehand in order to let me have a headstart. The technical questions were also moderate and mostly they focused on how I tackle questions.
