Two stages of interview, with a panel. There were both conducted virtually. The panel consisted of the HR Team, MD and the Team Lead of the Department. The first stage was just about getting to know me, what I was doing and what I knew about the company. The second stage was about my technical knowledge and whether I had the competencies to deliver. Generally, It was not hard.
