The Interview process is a two-stage process. First stage is HR Round and Second Stage is Technical/Managerial Round.
HR Round: In this round, Interviewer asks several questions related to yourself, your career goals, visions and past experiences.
Technical/Managerial Round: In this Round, Company's senior executive try to understand your business skills, Leadership skills and try to understand if you are the best fit for the company.
