I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chubb in Dec 2014
Interview
Applied online. Received a phone call the next week asking me to come in for an interview. I went into the interview and met with 5 different people for 15- 30 mins each. The questions varied from being very behavioral based to just getting to know me better. Overall, it was a very laid back and went smoothly. Be prepared for the typical, "why do you want this job" questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chubb in Nov 2024
Interview
I started the interview process mid November 2024. I then proceeded to have a recruiter call and 3 interviews, each with a different higher-up in the company - One at the branch that was local to me, one who was a senior Underwriter, and the head of operations for one branch. All 4 interviews were casual, except for one, who seemed to want to drill me a bit on "underwriting experience", which was not in the scope of the job description as it was an entry-level early-grad program. The interview process lasted 3 months, which was ridiculous and disrespectful to my time. Questions were general behavior questions and culture fit questions.

Interview
the overall process was positive and the managers/supervisors are all friendly people. they just want to know who you are as a person
First round with Recruiter: they asked behavioral questions.
second round with two supervisors:
more behavioral and situational questions
Final round with hiring manager: no behavioral questions. The manager seemed like she just wanted to know who I was as a person and what my goals were.
