Interviewed with the Underwriter and the HR person, back to back. The questions were pretty straight-forward. I like that they set expectation about how many other candidates they were considering and the salary of the job. While I didn't get the job, I was pretty stunned that the recruiting person gave me a call back and said that they decided to hire a different candidate, which I appreciate more than being ghosted or receiving a generic turn-down email, which happens to become now more of a reason to pursue a position with Chubb.
