Question 1
Experience. Motivation. Commute. Working in Person ok? What are you passionate about?
It was very casual. Interviewed by the CEO. I could tell they had already settled on a candidate when I went in because they weren’t interested in me. He asked me personal questions about my interests and background. More of a conversation than an interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chris Collins (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I met with the owner of the company and was given a writing test, we discussed potential projects I'd be working on, and chatted about art, books, and business. Then a few days later I met with the general manager and talked about my work history and what I would be accomplishing for the company in my first year.
