I applied online. The interview process lasted about 3 weeks. I interviewed in Lagos, Nigeria, and was invited to take an aptitude test. Both the test and interview were easy.

Have you ever worked as a Customer support representative?
In the first stage, I received an email to take an assessment, but I couldn’t complete it because the page refreshed. I tried clicking on the link again but was denied access.

Interview
It was fun and easy. The interviewers were quite friendly and made us feel relaxed. We were invited for an aptitude test first and when we passed, we went for the physical interview.
