Interview
My personal interview process was fairly quick and definitely positive. I applied online through indeed.com, and received a call from the store manager within a few days. We scheduled an interview, which occurred before the store opened. My interview was a group interview, with 5 people in my group- however, not all Chipotle interviews are carried out this way, many are solo interviews with the manager. They are often conducted right in the dining area, but in the summer, they're sometimes done outside on the patio. Additionally, many people are asked back for several interviews. This isn't always true, as I was hired at the end of my interview along with some others!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Lodi, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied online and about a week later I got a call asking to schedule an interview. When I got there it was about 3 other candidates being interviewed one on one. We went outside and sat down when it was my turn he manager asked me questions for about 10 minutes then the interview was over. I went across the street to target and then came back and ordered a chicken burrito bowl then the manager asked if I could stay a while to meet the other manager. I waited and when she came she asked me questions and then wanted me to meet the crew and then told me I was hired.
