Pros
Everyone there did a great job of being an actual team by constant open communication and teamwork. I was able to learn better communication and customer service skills. My managers also had very good communication and were very flexible and understanding. They proved that they care about there employees and are always willing to help resolve any issues.
Cons
Constantly greeting people by working on the front line became mentally draining pretty quick. I was not working in my field of interest either so trying to find joys in the job was difficult.

As I mentioned if you are a student and you're willing to work and study and manage your bill. This is the type of job you are looking for. Once you manage to do the job it just becomes easier.
Cons
A lot of micromanagement and overstepping decisions between managers and supervisors. The reason: young [non-experience / low experience] employees that just follow company managing standards without leading a team. Also, they might be able to go home if they don't need you. They will find a way to play with your hours.
