I was able to interview at a new store and happen to have all the top managers around. Therefore my questions were valid and raised there interest in me. My favorite question is “ What is your biggest concern with your store?” Gives you a clear path of opportunity to fill that void.

Make sure you have questions after your interviews.
The interview process was easy, fast, and well to the point of what was expected. It was either you meet the requirements or you don’t. Good management and good crew.

The interview is very professional, they will ask you what was your previews job and why did you choose chipotle as your next company? They will ask you what will be your plan for the next 5 years?
