Straight forward process, can I follow a list, time management, commutation skills, hours availiable etc. interview was mostly informal and held in the restaurant seating area by the on duty manager. Lasted about 10-15 minutes. Perk, got a free meal!
Interview process was smooth and easy, questions about past experiences, career goals, etc. THought it was a good interview for me and the people were very kind and nice. Would recommentd to anyone who loves eating a chipotle.
There wasn’t multiple rounds, easy questions and less than 30 minutes before I was done. No test of cooking skills live. Was at the chipotle. Employees I met all seemed nice.

The interview process is quick and easy. They mainly ask you about yourself, so just describe some good qualities you have that would help a workplace. And they ask you to elaborate on your work experience as well.
