General manager talked to me and asked me why I wanted to work there. Made some questions about previous experiences and talked about the company's mission. I was called later that week to interview with two service managers who just kind of talked to me.

I walked in and started the interview with the manager. I got decline almost immediately because I was only in town for the summer. They were looking for people that could work long term.
It was a very easy interview process

Manager was easy going as well
The interview process at Chipotle was very straightforward. They asked skill relevant questions and particularly wanted to know if I worked in fast food before. It wasn’t a high tension interview, and got to the point fast.
