Interview
I had two interviews, each with two managers. The first was supposed to be a group interview but luckily for me the other people never showed so i got to interview by myself. After you make it past the manager interviews and if they like you, they bring you around the kitchen to let the staff talk to you. The staff have the final say in whether or not you will get hired.

The interview was overall fast and seamless. They needed people and were looking for positive additions to the team. They're overall looking for a fast learner and flexible schedule due to being consistently understaffed.
Pretty straight foward, it lasted probably 15 minutes. Met with the GM and went over the basics of the job. They really just need people with open availability. Show up on time, bring hard copy of resume.
