I applied online and was sent an email for an interview. The hiring manager and owner of the store were both really nice. The questions were what a basic interview would have, so it wasn't that bad. They didn't offer me a job because of some qualities I lacked, but I learn from my mistakes so it's okay. They did say they would forward me to another Chipotle so I could have another job opportunity from them.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
