Interview
It was almost like a chit chat session with your future RO and department head, the management at CDAC are pretty nice. Spoke mostly about motivation of going into this industry/organization and how to handle communication with stakeholders.
Two interview process, one online and one face to face. Heard that it used to be group but now its no longer like that. Not too hard, mostly about passion and heart.
