They were incredibly condescending, and I saw quite a few red flags. I got the impression that there has been a great deal of turnover for this position. One of the biggest red flags is that they don’t offer any benefits for the first 90 days.

Interview
I initially applied via indeed & was reached out to via phone by Ben, the development director, maybe a week later. I was invited in for an interview which would take place about two weeks later.
The interview took place with both Ben & the co-founder Cliff Kinsey. It was a general interview where they asked about me, asked questions related to this position, & allowed for any questions in may have.
The interview took about 20-30 minutes in time frame. I was also asked to bring in a writing sample, in which they did not look at during the interview, so I assume they reviewed later.
