Everything with the phone screening and in-person interview was great. However, i was told I’d hear back within the week. I followed up with a thank you note after the interview, and followed up a week and a half later. No response. Followed up a second time the week after, and still no response. If I’m going out of my way to interview at your organization, the VERY LEAST you can do is give a response. Any response. Beyond unprofessional.
