Interview
Very free flowing and comfortable. I went through two interviews, which were similar in nature except for the Chevron personnel on the other side. A lot of focus on my work experience, especially any projects I had completed. There were also some STAR method questions that were not the usual ones asked and made me think a little bit.

I had a two person interview team. STAR method used for questions. Low stress and inviting environment during interview. Explained process of decision making after the interview. Candidates will be evaluated after interview and will receive a response if chosen or not chosen.

Friendly HR and panel. They will make you feel comfortable before interview proper. A good balance of behavioral/ situational and technical questions were asked, and nothing too hard. I already saw myself working their immediately after the interview because of the culture and interactions with the people.
