    Pros

    Lots of work

    Good training program (although due to Chevron being a global company the training can sometimes be centered around operations not applicable to our own)

    Cons

    Management style is aggressive at times

    Sometimes there is a lot of pushback to try new things due to high risk aversion even if current method is known to be cost heavy

    Lead without authority

    counting cigs is a pain
