    - Professional Environment - Respectful Team

    Cons

    - Unorganized Company - Weak management, dont have much operations or technical experience - Cost of executing projects too high - Lack of good talented engineers (really need to review the hiring process) - Company wide lay offs every 3 to 5 years - No committment or stability in Canada Company too process driven and shocking the incompetence of some of the managers!!

    The company has great medical benefits for full time employees. It cares about the health and safety of its employees. It provides tools and equipment to ensure employees are working safely whether on field or in the office.

    There is tendency to loose touch with non oil and gas community
