I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chevron (Buenos Aires) in May 2019
Interview
After being interviewed by Page Group interviewer, he scheduled a second stage with Chevron's HRBP, who simply could not make it and both forgot to let me know. Interview was rescheduled for another day. During that video meeting the interviewer did not have a professional approach, when asked abt the reason of previous resignation, a neutral non convincing answer was given, which was changed afterwards for the truth which seemed not to be of her liking.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chevron (Houston, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Began with a phone screen then I received an email with an interview request. The interview was a Teams meeting with the hiring team. It was a panel of four people. The team was respectful and extremely kind. Unfortunately for me I have a disability (massive anxiety) and my nerves got the best of me. Even though I fumbled through the interview the team showed empathy and understanding but I knew I didn't stand a chance of advancing since I didn't really get to describe the type of employee I am and would be in the role. I am thankful for the interview as it did prepare me for future interviews.
