at first i got a link to schedule a phone interview, they asked questions about experience, and what would you do in a difficult client situation. after the phone call the recruiter scheduled an in person interview through the link, after the in person interview at the branch they talk about your experience, where do you see yourself, ect.
very straight forward process, they are not looking for you to make friends just have good customer service and conflict resolution. You are dealing with money so you also wanna express your trustworthiness and money handling skills.
