My first interview was with the recruiter, followed by two additional interviews with the department manager and teams. The final (3rd) interview was a short mock presentation. My experience was great! But the interview itself was neutral. I say neutral because I felt like they were so focused on asking these behavioral interview questions rather than have a conversation. I didn't get a chance to learn about them too much which was a bummer for me. Coincidentially, I spoke to the manager off the record when we were scheduling the final meeting and we had such a great conversation. It was then that I did learn more about them and the manager had the opportunity to learn more about me. There were a couple of questions that were asked that you could tell were genuine but otherwise a very robotic interview. Though in the end, I did not get the role, the recruiter reached out to let me know that I would be a good fit at the company but need to find a role that would fit my skill set.
