Interview
I applied through my school and heard back a couple days later. The first interview was a phone screening by a talent advisor. They started out asking about my resume so have that handy in front of you. Then they moved into behavioral questions and also tested my understanding of what the job entailed. Took an hour at most and at the end of the screening, they told me they wanted to move me to the next stage in the interview process.
The second interview was a video interview by two hiring managers. They asked me some questions about my resume and then heavily asked me behavioral questions and I got to ask questions afterwards.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to provide consulting. How was it received? Tell me about a time you had to uncover a hidden need in order to provide the right consultation. Tell me about a time of your greatest success and failure.
First Phone interview for about 30 min. And then another 30 min interview with the branch manager. Then if you make it past the first two interviews they discuss and see you make it and fit there “culture with the team”.

Interview
There are two interviews throughout the process. First was a phone call with a talent acquisition. The second interview is with the branch manager. Overall, it is a pleasant and quick process.
