I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Austin, TX)
Interview
Standard first couple of interviews with a recruiter over the phone and then had a second face-to-face with three separate people - 1st group consisted of 2 Team Managers, 2 person was a Managing Director, and 3rd person was a Managing Director. They asked a few behavioral questions (e.g. tell me about a time when you had to tell a client no, etc) as well as general questions about my background and previous work experience. Never touched on my education and didn't seem too concerned with what I had done in my past work.

Interview
It was a very short conversation it lasted about 10 minutes. The interviewer gave a general description of the role and how it worked. They asked very generic questions and seemed to be taking notes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Austin, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
There are 3 rounds of interviews. The first round is mostly about the company and where you see yourself, the second assessed your personality and I believe there was an online test to determine your mathematical abilities and familiarity with investments. The last interview was over Skype as I am not currently located near the job site. Hiring staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive.
