Interview
Interviewer was running late and did reach out to let me know, which was appreciated. Once we were both on the call, they apologized for being late due to a previous interview going over time. They began to complain about the candidate and how they would not stop talking, which was a red flag for me. The interviewer was rude kept interrupting me and finishing my sentences for me during the call! As a female in leadership, this is not the environment for me.

Interview
I first met with the recruiter, who explained the company, team, and role. She then setup a meeting with the head of engineering. Both were very nice and organized and the experience was great, overall.

An initial interview was scheduled that seemed to go quite well. Then, a second interview was scheduled that also seemed to go well. The interviewer(s) informed me that I would hear back within a week.
Then I was ghosted.
I think they’ve got more candidates in the pipeline than they can handle. Looking for that unicorn!
