Interviewer was running late and did reach out to let me know, which was appreciated. Once we were both on the call, they apologized for being late due to a previous interview going over time. They began to complain about the candidate and how they would not stop talking, which was a red flag for me. The interviewer was rude kept interrupting me and finishing my sentences for me during the call! As a female in leadership, this is not the environment for me.
