I would say that the interview process at Change Healthcare is like a well-oiled machine. The internal HR staff always followed up with me, so I was kept in the loop at all times.
I went through a series of interviews: 1) phone screen with HR specialist; 2) phone interview with Director of Software Development; and 3) onsite interview in the Richmond (Greater Vancouver) office with two Directors of Software Development and a Director of Product.
All of the above interviews were conducted with the utmost professionalism. The interviewers were all professional and respectful at all times, and they were friendly and easy to speak with. The questions asked were insightful, and were designed to really understand you as a candidate. Overall it was a great experience for me, even though the job went to someone more qualified.
