Interview
I initially was reached out by the Group Head of People & Culture and had an initial conversation over a coffee. She explained what the business was like and what the role entails. Two days after the interview, I met the CEO and a final chat with one of the Managing Consultants. Overall it was a quick and smooth process and was quite informal which made it easier to have open conversations about the current challenges and ideas on how to improve things.

Usually 3 rounds 1 First round is with HR cevo will try to assess communication skills and see if candidate is aligned culturally 2 Second round is technical. One of the senior/principal will assess candidate technically. It can be bit intense. 3 Third round is with director this round is behaviourial

Process was straightforward and quick. There were a couple of rounds, one HR and one technical, then offer. Overall the experience was relaxed, to the point and not intimidating at all.
