The assessment took around 40 minutes to complete, with each question being timed—some questions felt difficult to answer within the short time frame. There were quite a bit of calculations involved too. However, I found that the position’s actual responsibilities were more customer service-oriented than I had anticipated. The role primarily involves managing a high volume of emails, with expectations to handle around 150-200 inquiries daily. While there is potential to transition into an e-commerce assistant role after a year, the initial focus is heavily on customer service.
