      Production Interview

      Jul 28, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Vancouver, BC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cespira (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2025

      Interview

The amount of time in between interviews was quite simply ridiculous. Two months waiting to hear whether I would be moved to the next round of interviews. I thought this was bad, but never hearing back from the company post final interview and only knowing that the role has been filled because of a post noticed on LinkedIn of the person who got the role is pretty bad. The HR department needs to have their head shaken. This is absolutely an unacceptable way to treat candidates. If the CEO is reading this, I would strongly suggest you hold your HR team accountable for better candidate experiences.
