Interview
The conversation was correct.
Just the Company expectation was to:
- Invested of providing regular employ contract they expect to have freelancers for long term contract. To prevent expanses like insurance as well to bypass the need to in source employ after 2 years.
- As well the sallery expectation is on graduate level. Jut the skill expectation is somewhere else.
