CellnTell Distribution interview questions

Very unprofessional, scheduled an interview, they didn’t go through my resume beforehand and invited me over for a face to face conversation and told me I wasn’t a good fit without asking me anything work related. Invited me over for small talk. Personal questions were asked which are discriminatory under the human rights act. Was asked to change my focus and switch to Coding etc, extremely irrelevant and unprofessional demeanour. Will never recommend this organization to anyone who has some self respect.
