      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Celestica (Mississauga, ON) in Jul 2019

      Interview

I had three interviews at Celestica 0. Before getting an interview, the HR send me five online courses, and it took me more than 5 hours to pass those courses and answer the questions. I passed all the courses with more than 95% (All the candidate with more than 80% are accepted) 1. They hand in some electronic question about the transistor, 0P-Amp, Diode, Schottky diode, Resistor and so on. I got 100 out of 100 and passed the exam. 2. Then, they asked me have an interview with the manager and the interview process was excellent, and I answer all of their questions. Also, the guy who interviewed me was charming. But he said we do not have an open position for day shift (They offered me day shift position after passing my exam). Also, he offered me another job position for designing (because I passed all the exam questions) because I did not accept the afternoon shift. 3. I had another interview with two people, and they asked me many questions. One of those guys brought a design paper and asked me a couple of tough questions, and I could answer 60% of them. Finally, they did not accept me for any position.
