GHOSTED!
The whole process was a bit of a chaos, the company had just been acquired by Arcwide so the process was not very defined.
I received the phone call from HR, then on the same day at 9pm a call from my future manager (who did not ask for my availability) just assumed I was free.
He then proceeded to call me three more times during the week, again not asking for my availability. Lastly, I had a call with both my future manager and his manager.
During the call, they informed me that they were going to send me an offer. Later on, received a call from my future manager confirming they were going to send one.
Three weeks have gone by and no offer has been made. Very unprofessional that they assume you are available whenever they want, then confirm they want you only to proceed to ghost you.
Thankfully, I did not quit from my job.
