I recently had a positive interview experience and I must say, it was a refreshing change from the norm. The interview was conducted in a professional, yet friendly manner, and it was clear that the interviewer had taken the time to understand my skills, experience, and personality.

Was asked to complete a heuristic evaluation in a week and present it back to them. Straightforward interview questions about my goals for the role and precious experience. Nothing surprising.
