Supervisor questioned about abilities and past experience. Fairly informal and comfortable interview environment. Interviewer told a lot about the job and the company, its history, etc. Made me feel very at ease and welcomed. Introduced me to a few others and gave a tour of the facility.

Interview
Very simple. I met with the founder of the company and his right hand man. We talked briefly about the role and my skill-set. It was very laid back and comfortable, somewhat unconventional. I received and offer right on the spot, which was nice. After the interview, I was invited for some beers at a bar which was fun.
