Did not have an interview, interviewer was late to teams call because they had a meeting running late, informed me 2 minutes into when we were supposed to start to reschedule. Did not value my time and the fact we blocked out the time for interview, probably should work on time management skills

Interview
After 30 days from sending my resume, I exchanged several short emails, which were initiated by "HR", sent at odd times, and replies went unresponded to in timely manner. We finally set up a phone interview (time chosen by them). I left my office and went to an offsite location where I could speak, they were no show. I had sent confirmation email and another while waiting . I still have not heard anything! Most unprofessional thing in my career
