Various phone calls and details until I signed an NDA then I learned of the client I would be working under. 3 interview tiers than a job offer. They were hesitant to tell the client initially, but once that NDA was there my eyes buldged. I brought the greatest breadth of GCP to the firm.
Main concern for me was the communication. When someone spends and invests weeks of their time to interview with you, it common courtesy I believe to communicate and have transparency with them. I did not receive that. That does not leave a good perception of the company and the process. Please respect interviewers time by providing transparency, that says a lot about the recruiting process of a firm. Many of the bigger and more reputable firms I have interviewed with been great at this.

Question 1
Background and experience, speaking on past projects.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Caserta (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process w. the Casereta Team was thorough, enjoyable, informative & strategic (them and me) from start-to-finish. The process is managed very well by Andre and the Talent Management & Senior-Technical Teams and from initial contact through the offer stage- I was never once pressured, hurried or made uncomfortable to progress through the process or make a decision. I found myself without any questions or uncertainties by the time the offer was extended, which is how it should be. Overall I found the process to be efficient, exciting, very informative and the technical interview(s) challenging allowing me and the Team to assess where I aligned best with their core competencies and Client needs/Environment(s.)
