The first interview is a group interview. The process starts with a Company presentation then is asked for you to present yourself as a person, its given a sheet where you have to write your name and with the letters of your name write some of your qualities. Then you have to justify them. After follows the psychometric tests. The psychometric tests are to test how quick you work under pressure, if you are a passive, assertive or arrogant person if you have a good photographic memory and so on. The interview's going for about 3 hours.
