They ask about what you studied and they ask what experience you have and your enthusiasm. They will also ask about your certifications. Some other basic questions. Some questions about what you studied in school and hr generally didn't know anything about the subject which became apparent.

Question 1
What certifications I had and when I received my certifications?
2 rounds of phone interview at first, then scheduled in-person interview the next day.
2 rounds of in-person interviews. First to mock a scene for phone call with a supervisor, then meet with HR and manager.
Everything was good except last round interview, waited for a while without explanation, the questions are irrelevant and disturbing, the interviewers interrupted multiple times when I talked. Zero professional, no respect, mentally sufferings.

Interview
Was invited to come in for an interview. Interviewer spoke about the possibility of a supervisory position. I was interested but was told I would have to start as a CSR to get a feel about the operation. The big peeve of mine was towards the end of the interview she remarked, "We are not very diversified in the office" (read: you aren't the right ethnicity (Asian)) I knew right then and there that my application would not go any further. Was told they would get back to me - never did - I had to call to find out the results. Needless to say, I didn't get the job. Oh well, their loss, not mine!!
