Interview process took several weeks and began with recorded video responses as part of the application. This was followed by two virtual interviews and a final in-person interview (~2 hours) with the founder.
After the final round, I received a generic rejection email. While disappointing, I reached out to request feedback given the time invested throughout the process. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.
Clear communication was emphasized as a core value during the interview process, so the lack of follow-up stood out. Based on my experience and similar feedback from others, candidates should be aware that the process can require a significant time commitment without detailed feedback afterward.

If you had a genie, what are three wishes that you would ask for?
What is your proudest failure?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cariina (Boston, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
First they requested from indeed that you record a video. Second was a zoom interview with the founder responsible for installations. After the video interview it was then followed by in-person interview with both founders. I emailed several times but never heard back from them, I even emailed asking for constructive criticism because the one co-founder seemed to be very supportive of communication.
It seems that this is a common practice with this company regarding not getting back to applicants, especially ones that have gone further in the process.
Ghosted after final round interview - reached out multiple times and never heard back after going through a fairly extensive interview process for a small startup. Included intro videos, 1 hour first round, 7-minute video/presentation project, in-person final round with 3 different people for ~30 minutes each.
