Interview
Interview was done remotely via Microsoft Teams. I had two meetings; the first with the incumbent IT manager and the second with the senior leadership team.
I felt welcomed and the interview, although testing, was relaxed and upbeat.

They asked lots of questions surrounding my knowledge of particular systems, and also my background in people management.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. There was a video assessment, followed by an interview with the GM and another interview with the CEO and heads of departments.
The experience was bad because I got ghosted. No one replied back. Rejection is okay, but ghosting and not replying to a potential employee is wrong.
