Interview process was managed by an AI System, which is the second I have encountered for an interview. Although I find the AI method very intriguing, I did find that the AI does not know how to handle the momentary pause before you jump into answering the question. And it does not understand a slight acknowledgement when it is in the process of asking a question.
I thought the interview process was thorough, and the AI system does target the resume you submit. Overall, I was impressed, however I do think there is work that needs to be accomplished.

Door to door sales. He asked me about football teams I liked and was not impressed that I don't like football. Interview took about 20 minutes, they liked me and invited me back for a second interview. I turned it down since it was all day on the job training.
