The second for vision as the org leader, and skill set, leadership, values, background, transferable skills and to review outline on how to change up the organisation
Two interviews, 1st with selection committee to determine likability / expected relationship with members, 2nd - vision for how to run / LevelUP the organization. During COVID - both were digital.
