Interview
I kept on getting frequent calls from multiple HRs from Capgemini for multiple positions in Azure cloud. I did accept the role and proceeded to give interview. First roundof interview completed and to give the feedback they took almost 10 days and then once I cleared 1st round to schedule 2nd round it took more than 10 days and multiple follow-ups. The second round was finally scheduled and the interviewer did not show up. Again it took multiple followups with two different HRs yet there was no response for the rescheduling. It was only done when I looped in the panel members who tookmy first round of interview the second round was scheduled which was after a week. Meanwhile I did manage to clear an interview with a different organisation and they offered me the payment which I expected. hence I informed the Hrthat I would not like to give my second round. The HR tried all possible ways to convince me lureme with extra pay and what not. I did give a try and cleared the second round and my documents were submitted for the verification and Capgemini has this english test to be cleared before joining whichi cleared in first attempt. Now I get a call from HR saying he cannot pay more than the offer I already had and there is no joining bonus and I was a immediate joiner. I insisted HR to check with their costing team to check again sincethe other offer I had was paying the same amount along with joining bonus. Post this HR doesn't respond to my calls and emails. Waited for couple of days and now HR calls me and saysthe costing team rejected my profile sincethey can hiretwo PPL with the same budget that I asked for and that this role was not for my level. Devasted me asked him that I would agreefor the same salary they offered me earlier and that I don't need any joining bonus since I had already declared the offer I had cuz of the confidence that the HR gave me. Butthis HR says he had informed a wrong number with me and that the costing was not approved as he mentioned earlier it was a 1.5L lesser than he mentioned. Desperate me being jobless agreed to this but HR denied that the costing team has rejected myprofile. This company doesn't care for the candidates time and efforts.
3 rounds. First round was on industry knowledge. Second round was detailed where they checked my skills on preparation ppt. Third was were I was given case study based on which I prepared deck and gave presentation

It is an very good interview process and the hr is straightforward and the technical questions which are asked are good and they are very in detailed and the interviewer covered almost all the topics.
