Was in the process a while back and it was really odd... Recruiter reached out to me for a screening then said the manager would call me for an interview but never actually scheduled a set time, instead they said the manager would call me between X days. Manager never called me even though I reminded the Recruiter a couple of times.
Screening interview, HR round and Technical round. Easy , Timely feedback was provided. Clear explanation of the role, company culture, and expectations. Feeling comfortable and valued throughout the process. Thought-provoking and relevant questions that allowed them to showcase their skills and knowledge. Polite and respectful communication from interviewers, timely responses, well-structured interview schedule.

Initial phone interview with HR/shared services to go over basics of what i was looking for then phone with recruiting mgr to deep dive into experience then phone interview with practice lead to discuss experience and how it relates to operations
